构建北京地区急诊创伤患者创伤后应激障碍（Stress Disorders, Post-Traumatic; PTSD）早期预警模型，进而进行干预效果评价的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Establishment of post-traumatic Stress disorder in emergency trauma patients in Beijing;The early warning model was used to evaluate the effect of intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①明确诊断存在器质性病变导致精神障碍的人员；②诈病（测谎项阳性）；③填写问卷不完整；④妊娠状态；⑤中途退出或不依从者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. clear diagnosis of the presence of organic disease caused by mental disorders;
2. Malingering (lie test positive);
3. incomplete questionnaire;
4. pregnancy status;
5. withdraw or fail to comply halfway.

采用CHISS2010软件对临床试验入组对象进行随机化分组。 临床试验PTSD患者总例数=114，处理组数=2, 随机数种子=1218276125，按患者入组顺序编号，以PTSD标准干预方法对对照组实施干预，试验组以EMDR进行干预。同时对患者实施盲法。
