因为这是一项普遍性预防，无特别的排除标准。如果有危机情况，要进行危机干预，同时也接受我们的课程。

Exclusion criteria：

No exclusion criteria because this is a universal prevention. If there is a crisis, conduct the crisis intervention first, then receive our course.
