Objectives of Study: |
A prospective design was used to capture patients' gait data using wearable devices, and the effectiveness of drugs, audiovisual gait training, virtual reality, Lokomat gait training robot, rTMS and other methods were discussed, in order to obtain the precise regulation mode and mechanism of PD gait disorder. |

① 各种继发性帕金森综合征(包括外伤性、药源性、肿瘤性、血管性、中毒性、脑积水等)及帕金森叠加综合征。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
① All kinds of secondary Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, drug-derived, tumor, vascular, toxic, hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinson's syndrome. |

神经内科门诊或住院患者中筛选入组 120名姿势不稳和步态障碍(PIGD)型帕金森病患者(使用UPDRS量表:TD评分/PIGD评分≤1,则归为PIGD型),其中早期患者60名,中晚期患者60名,采用电脑随机法进行分组。早期随机分组:药物干预组20名,药物+视听干预组20名,药物+VR干预组20名。中晚期随机分组:药物+视听干预组20名,药物+视听+TMS干预组20名,药物+视听+机器人干预组20名。 |
