完成基于多模态癫痫致痫区辅助定位检查技术的建立与验证,结合已有的癫痫致痫区术前评估定位检查资料库,建立标准化数据采集、预处理流程;结合北京航空航天大学硬件集成基础,将其构建的基于多模态脑信息特征的深度分支融合网络模型应用于临床,在新的术前评估患者(100例)中验证该癫痫在线辅助诊断系统,为癫痫的临床诊断分析提供有效的技术支撑,通过对癫痫脑网络分析探索癫痫患者复杂的致痫机制。 |

Objectives of Study: |
To establish and validate the multimodal-based epileptogenic zone localization technology system, establish standardized data acquisition and preprocessing process combined with the existing database of presurgical evaluation and localization of epileptogenic zone, and combine with the hardware integration foundation of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a degree branching fusion network model is applied in clinical practice to construct a deep multimodal brain information feature-based system. The online assistant diagnosis system of epilepsy is validated in 100 patients with presurgical evaluation. It provides effective technical support for the clinical diagnosis and analysis of epilepsy. Through the analysis of epilepsy brain network, the complex epileptogenic mechanism of epilepsy patients is explored. |
