研究目的：

探讨经阴道取标本腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术（NOSES）近期疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the short-term efficacy of transvaginal specimens for laparoscopic right colon cancer (NOSES).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

回顾性分析2015年06月至2018年12月在河南大学淮河医院肛肠外科连续实施的90例腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术患者的病例资料，其中32例行完全腔镜下吻合经阴道取标本的经自然腔道取标本手术（NOSES组），58例行传统的腹壁小切口取标本手术（LAP组）。使用患者的一般资料用倾向值评分匹配法1:1匹配成功31对病例，并对其术中、术后资料进行分析。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

We conducted a retrospective analysis of 90 cases of laparoscopic right colon cancer radical surgery performed continuously in the anorectal surgery of Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from June 2015 to December 2018. Thirty-two patients underwent complete laparoscopic anastomosis and transvaginal specimen removal (NOSES group), and 58 patients underwent conventional abdominal wall removal specimen surgery (LAP group). The general data of the patients were matched by the propensity score matching (PSM) method 1:1. Thirty-one pairs of cases were successfully matched, and the intraoperative and postoperative data were analysed. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）体质指数（BMI）>35kg/m2；（2）合并严重穿孔、出血、梗阻需急诊手术者；（3）合并严重呼吸系统、循环系统等其他器官功能障碍者；（4）患者的临床病历资料信息缺失者；（5）腹部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m2;
(2) patients with severe perforation, bleeding, or obstruction requiring emergency surgery;
(3) combined with severe respiratory, circulatory and other organ dysfunction;
(4) The patient's clinical medical record information is missing;
(5) With history of abdominal surgery.
