研究目的:

聚乙二醇电解质散是国内应用最为普遍的肠道清洁剂,作为容积性泻剂,其通过大量排空消化液以清洗肠道,不影响肠道的吸收和分泌,因此不会导致水电解质平衡紊乱.目前国内普遍使用的和爽为在聚乙二醇中加入硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、氯化钠等电解质用于肠道准备,但因含磷酸钠及氯化钾,且磷酸钠含有特殊气味,患者易出现恶心、呕吐等不良反应。与和爽相比,长松则不包含仍何电解质溶液,口感及患者耐受性较和爽明显增加,达到同样肠道清洁效果所需医疗费用更低。且相关文献报道使用去电解质PEG制剂行肠道准备,不但效果显著,安全型高,且口感更好,更好的提高了患者的依从性。目前国内尽管已有很多研究提出多种方式改善肠道准备质量, 但多受各种因素和条件所限, 或难以广泛应用或提升效果有限, 仍有部分患者肠道准备不满意.何种最为快捷、安全、有效, 国内外专家尚未形成统一共识.本课题通过比较上述两种肠道准备方法的优劣, 进而为患者选择一种安全、有效、耐受性更高的肠道准备方法提供参考意见, 具有一定的临床指导意义.  

Objectives of Study:

Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder is the most widely used intestinal cleanser in China. As a volumetric laxative, it cleans intestinal tract by evacuating large quantities of digestive juice without affecting the absorption and secretion of intestinal tract, so it will not lead to disturbance of water and electrolyte balance.Heshuang is prepared by adding electrolytes such as sodium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium chloride and sodium chloride into polyethylene glycol for intestinal preparation. However, patients are prone to nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions due to the presence of sodium phosphate and potassium chloride and the special odor of sodium phosphate.Compared with Heshuang, Changsong does not contain any electrolyte solution, and its taste and patient tolerance are significantly increased. The medical cost of achieving the same intestinal cleaning effect is lower.And related literature reports using the de-electrolyte PEG preparation for bowel preparation, the intestinal preparation effect is remarkable, the safety type is high, and the mouthfeel is better, and the patient's compliance compliance is obviously increased.At present, although many studies in China have proposed various ways to improve the quality of intestinal preparation, they are often limited by various factors and conditions, or are difficult to be widely applied or have limited improvement effects,There are still some patients with unsatisfactory intestinal preparation.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two intestinal preparation methods mentioned above, we can provide a reference for patients to choose a safe, effective and more tolerant intestinal preparation method, which has certain clinical significance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

1、复方聚乙二醇电解质散(商品名:和爽, 国药准字H20030827)主要成分:聚乙二醇4000、无水硫酸钠、氯化钠、氯化钾、碳酸氢钠 2、聚乙二醇4000散 (商品名:长松, 国药准字H20050809) 主要成分:本品活性成份为聚乙二醇4000。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

1.Polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder (trade name: Heshuang, Chinese medicine standard word H20030827) Main ingredients: polyethylene glycol 4000, anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonate. 2.Macrogol 4000 powder (trade name: Changsong, Chinese medicine quasi-word H20050809) Main ingredients: The active ingredient of this product is polyethylene glycol 4000. 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)消化道梗阻或穿孔;
2)严重的急性肠道感染,;
3)中毒性巨结肠;
4)意识障碍;
5)对其中的药物成分过敏;
6)无法自主吞咽 (此种情况下鼻饲胃管可能有用);
7)回肠造口术后;
8)妇女妊娠期;
9)腹膜炎;
10)检查前1周内服用其他泻药者;
11)严重的心脏、肺、肝脏、肾脏、代谢性疾病及电解质紊乱;
12)目前正在参加其它的临床研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation;
2) Severe acute intestinal infection;
3)Toxic megacolon;
4) Consciousness disorder;
5) Allergy to the drug ingredients;
6)Inability to swallow autonomously (nasogastric tube may be useful in this case);
7)Ileostomy;
8)Pregnancy;
9) Peritonitis;
10) Taking other laxatives within one week before examination;
11) Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney or metabolic diseases and electrolyte disorders;
12) Currently participating in other clinical studies.
