研究目的：

通过比较现有的常规测试和新测试，确定一套系统/设备或者方法，定量地测量脊柱的本体感觉，用于监测脊柱本体感觉的缺失程度或治疗后的恢复程度。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify a system/equipment or method for assessing spinal proprioception quantitatively by comparing existing routine tests with new ones. This study aims provide some insight to monitor the degree of loss or recovery of proprioception of the spine after treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）脊柱的体格检查示存在额状面不对称，包括：双肩不对称、双肩胛骨下角不在同一平 面、两侧腰凹不对称、双侧髂骨嵴不对称、棘突联线偏离中轴）；
（2）前屈试验中测量计测得的躯干旋转角度≥2度；
（3）患有神经系统疾病的患者(锥体刺激征，小脑紊乱等)；
（4）由于精神、社会或地理问题或无法理解而无法进行评估者；
（5）近6个月头颈痛、腰背痛、上肢或下肢关节疼痛；
（6）近6个月头晕、眼花、耳鸣

Exclusion criteria：

1. physical examination of the spine showed frontal-plane asymmetry, including: shoulder asymmetry, lower angles of both shoulder blades not on the same plane, bilateral lumbar concave asymmetry, bilateral iliac crest asymmetry, and spinous process line deviation from the central axis);
2. the trunk rotation angle measured by the measuring meter in the forward bending test >=2 degrees;
3. patients with neurological diseases (pyramidal stimulation, cerebellar disorders, etc.);
4. unable to assess due to mental, social or geographical problems or incomprehension;
5. With head and neck pain, low back pain, upper or lower limb joint pain for nearly 6 months;
6. With dizziness, dizziness or tinnitus in the past 6 months.
