本项目将探讨在腹膜透析患者中口服西地那非能否改善腹膜透析患者的心功能及临床症状。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will investigate whether oral sildenafil in patients with peritoneal dialysis can improve cardiac function and clinical symptoms in peritoneal dialysis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）近3月接受过西地那非或其它类型降肺动脉压药物治疗者；
2）Hb小于85g/L，合并严重疾病或急性感染；
3）恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who have received sildenafil or other types of pulmonary arterial pressure drugs in the past 3 months;
2) hb is less than 85g / l, combined with serious diseases or acute infections;
3) Malignant tumors.
