研究目的：

术前外周静脉置管时局部疼痛评分是否可以预测腹腔镜肾切除术患者的术后疼痛。  

Objectives of Study：

Preoperative assessment of pain induced by venous cannulation whether can predict pain following laparoscopic nephrectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对阿片类药物过敏者或有其他禁忌症者
2.术前确认有严重心、肺、代谢性等疾病的患者
3.术前复发性疼痛
4.有严重脱水、电解质紊乱和休克患者
5.肝、肾功能明显异常(即相关指标高于正常值2倍以上)
6.有神经-肌肉系统疾病、精神病史，恶性高热倾向的患者
7.妊娠、计划妊娠或哺乳期患者
8.长时间大剂量服用镇静药，镇痛药的患者
9.滥用麻醉药物或酒精成瘾者
10.理解能力不足或交流困难者
11.诊断为神经病理性痛的患者；
12.过去30天之内参与了另外的药物临床研究
13.严重的高血压患者;
14.数据收集不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. allergic to opioids or have other contraindications;
2. severe heart, lung and metabolic diseases;
3. recurrence of pain before surgery;
4. severe dehydration, electrolyte disturbance and shock;
5. liver and kidney functions obvious abnormal(relevant indicators are more than 2 times higher than normal);
6. a history of neuro-muscular system disease, mental illness, and a tendency to malignant hyperthermia;
7. Pregnancy, planned pregnancy or lactation;
8. history of chronic pain and long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs (>3 months);
9. Drug or alcohol abusers;
10. Poor understanding or communication difficulty;
11. diagnosed with neuropathic pain;
12. Participated in additional drug clinical studies within the past 30 days;
13. severe hypertension;
14. failed to complete the data collection.
