研究目的：

观察补充蓝莓花色苷对老年轻度认知功能障碍（mild cognitive impairment, MCI）患者认知功能及炎性因子分泌的影响，为老年痴呆症早期营养干预措施的制订提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of blueberry exact supplementation on the cognitive function of the MCI patients and the secretion of inflammatory factors. The results will provide scientific basis for the nutritional intervention of senile dementia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、小学四年级以下文化程度（测验软件要求）；2、年龄＞90岁（测验软件要求）；3、过敏体质、患有消化道疾病不能配合完成干预；4、近期内服用过维生素C、维生素E、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、DHA、硒等营养素以及含有蓝莓提取物、银杏叶提取物、葡萄提取物、茶多酚、大豆异黄酮等成分的保健品；5、近期内服用痴呆药物；6、患有神经系统器质性病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Education level below Grade 4 in primary school (test software requirements); 2. Age > 90 years old (test software requirement); 3, Allergic constitution, suffering from digestive tract diseases can not cooperate to complete the intervention; 4. Recently taken vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, DHA, selenium and other nutrients as well as health products containing blueberry extract, ginkgo leaf extract, grape extract, tea polyphenols, soy isoflavones and other ingredients; 5. Taking dementia drugs in the near future; 6, Suffer from organic diseases of the nervous system.
