Objectives of Study：

To determine the influence of psychological and mental factors on the prognosis of hip and knee joint replacement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 术前有重大内科疾病者，如贫血、严重肝肾功能不全等。
2）术前患者有重大精神疾病病史，如精神分裂症、情感性精神病、重度抑郁症、脑器质性精神病。
3）受试者患有肿瘤晚期、恶液质、酗酒等，且研究者认为可能会影响其参加本研究。
4）服用抗凝药或阿司匹林停药不足1周。
5）术前合并肺部感染、尿路感染等全身感染未控制患者。
6）受试者存在限制其参加本研究的疾病，不能遵守随访要求或影响研究科学完整性。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with major medical diseases before surgery, such as anemia, severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
2) Preoperative patients have a history of major mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, affective psychosis, major depression, and brain organic psychosis.
3) With the diseases the researchers think would affect the study.
4) Discontinuation of oral anticoagulants or aspirin less than 1 week.
5) Systemic infections such as pulmonary infection or urinary tract infection are not controlled preoperatively.
6) Subjects have conditions limiting their participation in the study.
