Objectives of Study：

To reduce the recurrence rate of refractary and relapse acute myeloid leukemia after transplantation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重心、肾或肝功能不全；
2. 合并其他恶性肿瘤需要治疗者；
3. 存在脑功能紊乱的临床症状或严重的精神性疾病不能理解或遵从研究方案；
4. 不能如期随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient has serious organ dysfunction;
2. Patient has leukemia combined with other cancer;
3. Patient presented clinical signs of brain dysfunction or severe mental illness who cant comply with the study protocol;
4. Patient was unable to schedule follow-up.
