研究目的：

我们将进行回顾性队列研究，旨在确定NSM的手术在中国的实际应用情况和可能影响该手术选择的因素有哪些。本回顾性研究通过对2018年1月至2018年12月在中国接受NSM治疗的中华医学会乳腺外科分会40个分中心的早期乳腺癌患者资料进行回顾性分析。研究人员通过详细分析不同人群、肿瘤状况、手术和综合治疗状况以及肿瘤复发情况，以评估中国NSM的现状。  

Objectives of Study：

We will conduct a retrospective cohort study and aimed to determine the prevalence of NSM and the factors that may influence the choice of procedure. This retrospective study was carried out by reviewing the records of early breast cancer patients in 40 sub-centers affiliated to the breast surgery group of the Chinese medical society who underwent NSM at China from January 2018 to December 2018. Using frequencies for the rate, and multivariate tests, the investigators detailed analyzed different demographic, tumor status, surgical and comprehensive treatment status and recurrence to evaluate the status of NSM in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

侵袭性乳腺癌、导管原位癌、乳腺癌相关抗原突变携带者。
18岁以上
患者本人意愿行保留乳头乳晕复合体乳房切除术
术前乳头-乳晕复合体评估阴性
无皮肤受累
胸部体积≤Bra IV;从A杯到D杯
排除大量吸烟患者(定义为>20支/天)
麻醉低、中度风险(ASA量表)
纳入前，患者和研究者必须签署书面知情同意书
患者易于随访

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous thoracic radiation therapy for any reason;
2. Inflammatory Breast Cancer;
3. Skin involvement;
4. Pre-operative diagnosis (radiological or pathological) of nipple-areola complex disease;
5. Pregnancy;
6. Patients with psychiatric, addictive, or any disorder, which compromises ability to give informed consent for participation in this study;
7. High risk for anesthesia.
