验证运动缩短子宫输卵管碘油造影延迟片拍摄时间的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the feasibility of walking to shorten the time before taking delayed radiographs after iodized oil hysterosalpingography.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 碘过敏史或甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺肿瘤等；2. 滴虫、念珠菌阴道炎、阴道分泌物清洁度Ⅱ°以上；3. 急性/亚急性盆腔炎、慢性盆腔炎发作期、活动性盆腔/子宫/输卵管结核；4. 宫腔或宫颈出血；5. 产后不满6月、宫腔操做不满4周；6. 妊娠不能排除；7. 造影前3d内有性生活、阴道用药；8. 造影当日测体温高于37.5℃；9. 碘油无法通过任何一侧输卵管流入盆腔，从而无法对盆腔粘连程度进行诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of iodine allergy, hyperthyroidism, or thyroid tumors;
2. trichomonas vaginitis, candida vaginitis, vaginal secretion cleanliness over II degrees;
3. acute/subacute pelvic inflammation, chronic pelvic inflammation, active pelvic/uterine/fallopian tuberculosis;
4. uterine or cervical bleeding;
5. less than 6 months postpartum or uterine cavity exercises performed for less than 4 weeks;
6. infertility due to a lack of ovulation;
7. copulation or vaginal administration of semen within 3 days before HSG;
8. a body temperature higher than 37.5°C on the day of HSG;
9. inability to diagnose the degree of pelvic adhesion because iodized oil could not flow into the pelvic cavity through any side of the fallopian tube after intrauterine injection.
