To explore the role of PD-1 and glucocorticoid receptor in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis, and further elaborate the pathogenesis of tuberculosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1：营养不良；2：肝病史；3：HIV感染；4：酗酒；5：自身免疫病等疾病；6：妊娠、哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Malnutrition;
2. Liver disease history;
3. HIV infection;
4. Excessive drinking;
5. autoimmune diseases;
6. Pregnancy and lactation.
