研究目的：

考察对比富血小板血浆（PRP）与透明质酸（HA）治疗颞下颌关节炎的临床有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and hyaluronic acid (HA) in the treatment of temporomandibular arthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

本研究开始前4周内曾参加过其他临床试验；
本研究开始前2周内曾行关节灌洗术或曾行关节腔内注射治疗患者；
治疗开始前1周内服用过非甾体类消炎药；
败血症、重度血小板减少症、血小板功能障碍；
关节区感染；
既往曾行TMJ区手术治疗患者；
有神经系统疾病、免疫系统疾病、肿瘤等其他主诊医师认为不适合纳入研究的患者；
认知障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Other clinical trials were conducted within 4 weeks before the start of this study;
Patients who underwent joint lavage or intra-articular injection within 2 weeks before the start of this study;
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were administered within one week before treatment;
Septicemia, severe thrombocytopenia, platelet dysfunction;
Infection of articular region;
Previous TMJ surgery for patients;
Patients with neurological diseases, immune system diseases, tumors and other attending physicians who do not consider them suitable for inclusion in the study;
Cognitive impairment.
