研究目的：

进行平和体质、阳虚体质、痰湿体质者血液中的全转录组测序和microRNA测序，筛选出差异基因，并分析艾灸调控阳虚体质、痰湿体质的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The whole transcriptome sequencing and microRNA sequencing in the blood of the physique of physique, yang deficiency and phlegm physique were carried out, and the differential genes were screened out, and the mechanism of action of moxibustion regulating yin deficiency and phlegm physique was analyzed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）其他体质类型；
（2）兼夹体质；
（3）服用各种药物，或接受其他治疗期间者；
（4）有其它疾病如心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏及造血系统等严重原发性疾病或影响其生存的严重疾病（如肿瘤晚期）且无能力配合完成本试验者；
（5）孕妇、经期及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other constitution types;
(2) Combining physical fitness;
(3) taking various drugs or receiving other treatment periods;
(4) Other diseases such as serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems or serious diseases that affect their survival (such as advanced tumors) and unable to complete the study;
(5) Pregnant women, menstruating and lactating women.
