研究目的：

通过选取临床适宜病例进行无膜双腰封堵器封堵试验以观察其临床使用的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to observe the safety and effectiveness of kpin in clinical application, the suitable clinical cases were selected for the closure test.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知对一般血管造影有禁忌证的患者。
2.已知重要脏器（肝、肾）严重功能不全的病例、出凝血功能障碍患者。
3.体肺侧枝血管异常通路，排除标准：a. 对于单独供血的局部肺段的侧支血管原则上不予栓塞，以避免出现肺梗死；b. 对发现或考虑体肺动脉侧支血管参与脊髓供血者，不能予以栓塞，避免截瘫的发生；c. 对于起源处极其特异、弯曲，研究者判断可能会导致导管头端无法准确定位的侧枝不能予以栓塞，避免输送装置无法到达靶血管；d.体肺侧枝血管待封堵部位的直径均<2mm或者>5mm。
4.实验室检查：a.血液学异常（白细胞减少即WBC ＜3 ×109/L，血小板计数＜50×109/L）；肾功能不全（肌酐值 >3.0 mg/dl）及/或晚期肾脏疾病需要肾透析。
5.与器械相关：已知对对金属镍钛合金，肝素过敏或禁忌。
6.妊娠或在本试验进行期间有计划怀孕者（仅针对育龄期妇女）。
7.筛选前30天内参加了其他的药物或医疗器械临床试验。
8.研究者判断不应纳入本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications to general angiography;
2. Cases of severe dysfunction of important organs (liver and kidney) and patients with coagulation dysfunction are known;
3. The exclusion criteria for the abnormal access of pulmonary collateral vessels were as follows: a. the collateral vessels of the local pulmonary segment supplied with blood alone should not be embolized in principle to avoid pulmonary infarction;b. For those who found or considered the collateral vessels of body pulmonary artery involved in spinal cord blood supply, embolization cannot be performed to avoid the occurrence of paraplegia;c. For the extremely specific and curved origin, the researchers judged that the side branches that could not be located accurately at the end of the catheter could not be embolized to prevent the delivery device from reaching the target vessel;d. The diameters of the pulmonary collateral vessels to be occluded were all <2mm or >5mm;
4. Laboratory examination: a. hematological abnormalities (WBC < 3 109/L, platelet count < 50 10^9/L); Renal insufficiency (creatinine >3.0 mg/dl) and/or advanced renal disease require renal dialysis;
5. Device related: known allergy or contraindication to Nitinol, heparin;
6. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy during the course of this study (for women of reproductive age only);
7. During the first 30 days of screening, participants participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices;
8. Not suitable for treatment with this product.
