探讨不同置管方式对带隧道和涤纶套的血液透析导管通畅率及并发症的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To discuss effect of different catheterization procedures on patency and complications of tunneled cuffed hemodialysis catheter in maintenance hemodialysis patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 同时使用腹膜透析或同时建立动静脉内瘘的患者；
2) 有出血或严重出血倾向者；
3) 白细胞计数＜4×10^9/L或＞10×10^9/L和血小板计数＜100×10^9/L者或＞300×10^9/L；
4) 有严重的心脑血管、肝、肺疾病者；
5) 严重感染如败血症者，或血源性传染病者；
6) 已知HIV阳性者；
7) 患有其它严重疾病如活动性、或曾接受治疗的残余恶性肿瘤、肝硬化等；
8) 极端体型者（身高>190 cm 或身高<145 cm)、过度肥胖者（BMI＞33 kg/m2）、过度消瘦者（BMI<18.5 kg/m2）；
9) 依从性差，无法按照方案进行治疗者；
10) 研究者认为患者无法加入试验的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who use peritoneal dialysis or have arteriovenous fistula at the same time;
2) Those with bleeding or serious bleeding tendency;
3) Leukocyte count <4x10^9/L or >10x10^9/L and platelet count <100x10^9/L or >300x10^9/L;
4) Those with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and lung diseases;
5) Severe infections such as sepsis or blood-borne infectious diseases;
6) known HIV positive;
7) Suffering from other serious diseases, such as active, residual malignant tumors and cirrhosis of the liver, etc.
8) Extreme body shape (height >190 cm or height <145 cm), obesity (BMI >33 kg/m2), excessive weight loss (BMI <18.5 kg/m2);
9) Those who have poor compliance and can not be treated according to the plan;
10) Researchers believe that patients cannot participate in any other situation of the trial.
