研究目的：

临床研究提示婴幼儿早期多次接触麻醉药物可能会对日后幼儿大脑发育产生负面效应。近年来被“肠脑轴”被认为是调节大脑认知功能的重要因素，肠道微生物还在压力相关行为中扮演重要角色。 收集多次手术麻醉暴露的幼儿粪便及血液，并与正常同龄幼儿进行菌群比较，目的在于从肠道微生物的角度揭示手术麻醉对幼儿长期影响的原因。  

Objectives of Study：

It has been warned that early exposure to general anesthetics for over multiple surgeries or procedures may negatively affect brain development. Recent neuroscience research has indicated the importance of microbiota in the development of brain systems that are vital to stress-related behaviors. Here we studied the long-term impact of repeated anesthesia exposure in early life on anxiety-like behaviors and microbiota change.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患儿有肠道疾病史；有精神疾病史；3月内服用抗生素病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Children who had any medical history of intestinal diseases; Children who got the history of mental illness; oral takes of antibiotics within 3 months.
