研究目的：

（1）通过多维度检测方案（弹性超声、表面肌电、肌肉功能检测仪），验证术前康复理疗是否能改善腹壁疝女性患者腹壁肌肉功能障碍，并缩小疝环尺寸。 （2）通过腹壁疝综合诊疗方案（检测评估 + 术前康复 + 手术修补 + 术后康复），验证其是否能促进术后快速康复，并保持手术修补效果  

Objectives of Study：

(1) verify whether preoperative rehabilitation physiotherapy can improve abdominal wall muscle dysfunction and reduce the size of hernia ring in female patients with abdominal wall hernia through multidimensional detection program (elastic ultrasound, surface electromyography, and muscle function detector). (2) the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment scheme for abdominal wall hernia (detection and evaluation + preoperative rehabilitation + surgical repair + postoperative rehabilitation) was used to verify whether it can promote rapid postoperative rehabilitation and maintain the effect of surgical repair.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）弹性超声提示肌肉纤维化；
（2）合并伴有中枢、外周神经系统疾病；
（3）合并伴有骨骼肌肉系统疾病；
（4）肿瘤复发；
（5）安装起搏器病史；
（6）患者及家属依从性不良、不能配合临床治疗、随访；
（7）慢性疾病未受良好控制；
（8）怀孕、哺乳或在研究阶段打算怀孕；
（9）腹部康复部位发生感染或皮肤病；
（10）既往曾接受放疗；
（11）有重度阻塞性肺病或重度限制性肺病；（FEV1比FVC正常或增大、VC占预计值百分比<40%、FEV1/FVC<0.7、FEV1占预计值的百分比<40%）；
（12）HBs Ag+ 或HIV+ 或 TPPA +；
（13）长期使用激素的患者（例如: 风湿类疾病等自身免疫性疾病）；
（14）急/慢性心功能不全（LVEF<50%）；
（15）诊断为糖尿病周围性神经疾病或者糖尿病病程>10年；
（16）复发疝，既往有补片植入史；
（17）难复性疝、嵌顿疝、绞窄疝；
（18）研究者认为患者不适合参加该临床试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) elastic ultrasound indicated muscle fibrosis;
(2) combined with central and peripheral nervous system diseases;
(3) combined with musculoskeletal diseases;
(4) tumor recurrence;
(5) history of pacemaker installation;
(6) patients and their families have poor compliance, and cannot cooperate with clinical treatment and follow-up;
(7) chronic diseases are not well controlled;
(8) pregnancy, lactation or intention to become pregnant during the study period;
(9) infection or skin disease occurs at the abdomen rehabilitation site;
(10) previous radiation therapy;
(11) severe obstructive pulmonary disease or severe restrictive pulmonary disease; (FEV1 is normal or larger than FVC, and VC is accounted for estimated percentage <40%, FEV1/FVC<0.7, FEV1 in the estimated percentage <40%);
(12) HBs Ag+ or HIV+ or TPPA +;
(13) long-term use of hormones in patients (e.g., rheumatic diseases and other autoimmune diseases);
(14) acute/chronic cardiac dysfunction (LVEF<50%);
(15) the patient was diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy or diabetic course > for 10 years;
(16) recurrent hernia, previous history of mesh implantation;
(17) refractory hernia, incarcerated hernia and strangulated hernia;
(18) other circumstances in which the investigator considers the patient to be unfit to participate in the clinical trial.
