研究目的：

①调查心脏术后ICU患者VAP发生率及影响因素；②探索机械通气患者睡眠结构的变化规律；③探索非药物干预对心脏术后患者睡眠质量和VAP发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

①To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of VAP in patients after cardiac surgery. ②To explore the changes of sleep structure in patients with mechanical ventilation. ③To explore the effect of non-drug intervention on sleep quality and VAP incidence in patients after cardiac surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并严重的肝、肾功能衰竭；②患有精神性疾病或认知功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe liver and kidney failure;
2. Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment.
