研究目的:

评价计算机导航技术引导下的动力学对线的精确性以及动力学对线膝关节置换在中国人族群全膝关节置换术中的疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the accuracy and outcome of kinematic alignment guided by navigation in total knee arthroplasty in Chinese population.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1) 患膝之前接受过部分膝关节置换(单髁、双髁或髌股关节置换)、髌骨切除、高位胫骨截骨或初次TKA治疗。
2)受试者有先天或后天的关节外畸形。
3)受试者患有肿瘤晚期、恶液质、酗酒或药物成瘾和/或精神疾病,且研究者认为可能会影响其参加本研究。
4)受试者患有严重骨质疏松症、代谢性骨病、放射性骨病或膝关节周围肿瘤,导致研究者认为上述情况对植入物固定和本研究结果有负面影响。
5) 受试者存在重大神经疾病或肌肉骨骼疾病或可能对步态或承重有不良影响的疾病(例如:肌肉萎缩症、多发性硬化症、脑梗塞、偏瘫、Charcot病)。
6) 受试者存在限制其参加本研究的疾病,不能遵守随访要求或影响研究科学完整性。
7) 受试者目前正在参加另一项试验药物或器械研究。
8) 已知受试者对任何内植入物组分过敏。
9)血红蛋白< 11 g/dL 或白蛋白<正常低限的90%,C反应蛋白(CRP)在正常高限2 倍以上,血沉(ESR)在正常高限2 倍以上,凝血功能检查异常,不能矫正或替代者

Exclusion criteria:

1) The affected side of the knee has accepted another surgery before.
2) An extra-articular deformity was found.
3) With the diseases the researchers think would affect the study.
4) With metabolic disease the researchers think would have a negative effect on the study.
5) With neurogenic disease the researchers think would have a negative effect on the study.
6) With mental disease the researchers think would have a negative effect on the study.
7) The patients are undergoing another study.
8) Allergy to the prosthesis.
9) hemoglobin<11 g/dL, albumin<90% of the normal minimum, CRP>2 times of the normal upper limit, ESR>2 times of the normal upper limit and with a aoagulation abnormality.
