研究目的：

探讨采用后交叉韧带保留型假体（CR型）和后稳定型假体（PS型）进行人工全膝关节置换术的临床疗效，比较应用不同类型假体术后的步态差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical efficacy of the posterior cmciate ligament retaining prosthesis (CR) and posterior stabilized prosthesis (PS) in total knee arthroplasty(TKA) and to compare gait difference between PS prosthesis and CR prosthesis after total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 人工全膝关节翻修术；
(2) 有神经肌肉功能障碍如：偏瘫等；
(3) 双侧同期置换：
(4) 术中行髌骨置换术；
(5) 有精神、意识障碍，无法配合随访；
(6) 合并腰椎问盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) revision total knee anhroplasty;
(2) neuromuscular dysfunction, such as hemiplegia;
(3) bilateral total knee replacement;
(4) patella replacement was performed intraoperatively;
(5) mental and consciousness disorders, unable to cooperate with follow-up;
(6) combined with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis.
