研究目的：

本研究探讨脑卒中超早期采用下肢床旁功率自行车联合坐立位平衡训练等下肢强训练方式促进患者下肢功能及行走功能恢复，改善卒中预后，及其对血清中脑源性神经营养因子的影响，为今后超早期强化训练方式的推广提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We adim to develop an early and intensive lower extremity training technique using a recumbent cycle ergometer system in patients with acute ischemic stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）此次发病前有肢体功能运动障碍者（改良Rankin 评分(mRS)>3）和（或）3月内有下肢骨折影响肢体活动；（2）合并其他进展性神经系统疾病，如痴呆、帕金森病、癫痫、肿瘤、脑外伤、脑积水等；（3）合并严重的心血管疾病、肺部感染、尿毒症、恶性肿瘤等；（4）严重的认知障碍、失语、视觉或听觉障碍，无法配合。

Exclusion criteria：

Premorbid modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score18 >3 and/or lower limb fracture that prevented mobilization within 3 months; other progressive neurological diseases such as dementia, Parkinsons disease, epilepsy, tumor, or serious cardiovascular disease, pulmonary infection, uremia, or malignant tumor; severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, or visual or hearing impairment that precluded performance of the evaluation.
