研究目的：

评估维生素D治疗对2型糖尿病患者身体成分和心血管危险因素的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of vitamin D therapy on body composition and cardiovascular risk factors in type 2 diabetic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本课题按照25OHD水平分组并给予分层补充口服维生素D3[400单位/粒，国药控股星鲨制药（厦门）有限公司]。25OHD＞30 ng/ml不予补充维生素D3；20-30 ng/ml给予维生素D3 400u/日；10-20 ng/ml给予维生素D3 800u/日；＜10 ng/ml给予维生素D3 1200u/日。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The subjects were divided into groups according to the level of 25OHD and were given oral vitamin D3 supplementation at different levels [400 units/granule, Sing Shark Pharmaceutical (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.). 25 OHD > 30 ng/ml is not supplemented with vitamin D3, 20-30 ng/ml is given with vitamin D3 400 u/day, 10-20 ng/ml is given with vitamin D3 800u/day, and < 10 ng/ml is given with vitamin D3 1200 u/day.  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 高钙血症患者（血清钙高于2.6mmol/L）或合并有心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统疾病及精神病患者；
2 妊娠、哺乳期妇女、过敏体质者；
3 目前正在服用影响骨代谢的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypercalcemia (serum calcium higher than 2.6 mmol/L) or with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and psychosis;
2. Pregnancy, lactation women, allergic constitution;
3. Drugs affecting bone metabolism are currently being taken.
