肺保护性通气策略对腹腔镜手术患者肺功能和脑功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Discuss the effect of LPVS on pulmonary function and brain function in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前MMSE＜23分；严重心肺疾病；严重肝肾功能障碍；有精神药物成瘾史；听读写语言障碍；术前存在脑血管病变；低血红蛋白；手术时间<2h或>5h；术中出血量>200ml。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative MMSE < 23; severe cardiopulmonary disease; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; with a history of psychotropic drug addiction; dyslexia of dictation and writing; preoperative cerebrovascular disease; low hemoglobin; operative time < 2 hours or > 5 hours; intraoperative bleeding > 200 ml.
