研究目的：

研究硼替佐米对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的影响，并探讨其是否通过HSP27发挥作用的影响，为临床治疗提供新的作用靶点  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of bortezomib on heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) in multiple myeloma (MM) and provide a potential new target for clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 伴有严重心、肝、肾、肺或血液系统疾病; (2) 继发性浆细胞增多者; (3) 原发病加重而出现器官功能衰竭者; (4) 资料缺失或失去随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung or blood system diseases;
(2) secondary plasma cell enlargement;
(3) primary disease worse and organ failure;
(4) data missed or loss of follow-up.
