研究目的：

观察冯氏筋膜点针刺缓解脑卒中后手痉挛的临床疗效，完成进一步的临床有效性和安全性评价。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Fengshi fascial point acupuncture in relieving hand spasm after stroke, and to complete further clinical efficacy and safety evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病情危重或急性期病情尚未稳定；合并耳聋、失语症或严重认知障碍等情况，难以进行正常交流者; 合并严重心血管、肝脏、肾脏、血液、消化、呼吸等系统原发性疾病者，精神病患者、恶性肿瘤、存在静脉血栓、骨质疏松、有严重出血倾向及治疗部位感染的患者；收缩压>180 mmHg或舒张压>110mmHg；无法配合本研究方案进行康复者或3个月内参加其他临床试验或研究中途接受其他相关治疗，可能影响本研究的疗效判断者；其他原因引起的肌张力障碍及既往有运动功能障碍；妊娠及哺乳期妇女；惧怕针刺、晕针等；2周内服用过中西镇静药物及肌肉松弛剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The condition in critical or acute stage is not stable;
2. those with deafness, aphasia or severe cognitive impairment are difficult to communicate normally;
3. those with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood, digestive and respiratory systems are psychiatric patients, malignant tumors, patients with venous thrombosis, osteoporosis, severe bleeding tendency and infection of treatment site;
4. Systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg; unable to cooperate with the program for rehabilitation or to participate in other clinical trials or studies within three months to receive other related treatment, which may affect the efficacy of this study;
5. dystonia caused by other reasons and previous motor dysfunction; pregnant and lactating women;
6. fear of acupuncture, halo needle, etc.;
7. took sedative and muscle relaxant in past 2 weeks.
