研究目的：

通过主要探讨CRD-R-D患者血浆Treg及Th17相关细胞因子水平，揭示该类患者的免疫应激状态，同时结合暗光MT、皮质醇、PSG检测结果，推测昼夜节律紊乱的内分泌及免疫调节机制，并通过静息态fMRI确认情感相关脑区的功能变化，从而筛选可用于临床的生物学标记。  

Objectives of Study：

By mainly on patients with CRD-R-D plasma Treg and Th17 related cytokine levels, reveal the patient's immune stress state, at the same time combined with dark, cortisol, PSG results of MT, speculated that the endocrine and immune regulation mechanism of circadian rhythm disorders, and through the resting state fMRI confirm emotional function change in relevant regions and to screening can be used in clinical biomarker.

排除标准：

抑郁症组 1.合并重性精神病或其他类型神经症； 2.妊娠、哺乳期的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

CRD-R-D group 1. Combined with heavy mental illness or other types of neurosis; 2. Pregnant and lactating women.
