研究目的：

本研究在全麻状态下甲状腺切除患者手术过程中，给予经皮穴位电刺激或穴位埋线预防术后恶心呕吐的发生，比较不同干预方法对PONV的疗效。同时利用高效液相色谱四级杆飞行时间质谱（HPLC/QTOF-MS）技术，发现代谢产物的变化，而这种可能存在的变化会改善患者的PONV发生率，从而为探讨中西医结合预防甲状腺手术术后PONV的机制提供一定的试验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, in the process of thyroidectomy in patients with general anesthesia, transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation or acupoint catgut embedding was given to prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting, and the efficacy of different intervention methods on PONV was compared.At the same time, HPLC/QTOF-MS technique was used to detect the changes in metabolites, which may improve the incidence of PONV in patients, so as to provide some experimental basis for discussing the mechanism of integrated Chinese and western medicine to prevent PONV after thyroid surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有电解质紊乱，心脏传导疾病，重大脏器生理功能损伤，有服用干扰心脏传导与降血压药物历史患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with electrolyte disturbance, heart conduction disease, major organ physiological function damage, and a history of taking drugs that interfere with heart conduction and lower blood pressure.
