研究目的：

1.筛查血管内皮生长因子抑制剂治疗晚期结直肠癌的特异性菌群群落及代谢产物。 2.筛查出血管内皮生长因子抑制剂治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效评价的预测靶标。

Objectives of Study：

1. To screen the specific bacterial community and metabolites of vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitors in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer; 2. To screen predictive targets for efficacy evaluation of vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitors in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并有其他恶性肿瘤；②合并有严重心肺疾病；③患者入院前3个月有抗生素、激素或肠道菌群制剂使用史；④合并有克罗恩病，溃疡性结肠炎等其他肠道疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who combined with other malignant tumors;
2. Patients who combined with serious heart and lung disease;
3. The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal flora preparations 3 months before admission; 4. Patients who combined with crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other intestinal diseases.
