研究目的：

本研究的目的在于应用EIT对长时间全麻手术患者术中通气的监测，并用其指导其实施保护性通气策略，找到适合长时间全麻开腹手术的最适通气方案，优化、滴定，达到最优呼吸状态，改善患者术中呼吸功能，减少炎症反应，减少炎性因子的释放，减少术后肺部并发症的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to apply the EIT in ventilation in patients with general anesthesia operation for a long time monitoring, and use it to guide the implementation of protective ventilation strategies, find suitable for general anesthesia laparotomy for a long time the optimum ventilation scheme of optimization, the titration, to achieve the optimal breathing, improve patients in respiratory function, reduce inflammation, reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines, reduce the postoperative pulmonary complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

BMI ＞ 30 kg/m2；急慢性期的呼吸道疾病，以及近两周应用 β2受体激动剂、激素、异丙托溴胺吸入或者茶碱类药物等病史；体内安装有永久或临时心脏起搏器、植入式心脏除颤器及其他有活动植入物者；中、大量胸腔积液者；血流动力学严重不稳者。

Exclusion criteria：

BMI > 30 kg/m2; Acute and chronic respiratory diseases, and a history of the use of beta 2 agonists, hormones, ipratropium bromide inhalation, or theophylline drugs in the last two weeks;Having permanent or temporary pacemakers, implantable cardiac defibrillators or other mobile implants installed in the body; Moderate or large pleural effusion;Serious hemodynamic instability.

在计算机上用SAS统计软件包，按试验组与对照组1:1的比例随机产生随机数字，用随机数字表法，分为两组。

On the computer, SAS statistical software package was used to generate random Numbers according to the 1:1 ratio between the experimental group and the control group. The random Numbers were divided into two groups by random number table method.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集以病历记录表形式录入，后由统计人员将病历记录表数据录入Epidata3.0软件中，由统计室人员保管。
