研究目的：

探索腹腔镜手术肺保护通气策略个体化PEEP对患者术后肺部并发症和炎性因子的影响，为腹腔镜手术个体化PEEP的滴定方法提供依据，并探讨腹腔镜手术中肺保护通气策略的最适PEEP值。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: to explore the effect of individualized PEEP on postoperative pulmonary complications and inflammatory factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic lung protective ventilation, and to provide a basis for the titration of individualized PEEP in laparoscopic surgery, and to explore the optimal PEEP value of individualized PEEP in laparoscopic lung protective ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）已知麻醉药物或其他药物过敏者；
（2）酒精或阿片类药物滥用史；
（3）既往神经肌肉疾病史、内分泌系统疾病史、变态反应疾病史、精神疾病史者、严重心血管疾病、肝肾功能不全者；
（4）术前肺功能重度损害，术后需要呼吸支持的患者；
（5）术中失血大于体重的血容量的20%，及术后需二次手术者；
（6）近三月内参加其他药物临床研究的患者
（7）任何原因不能配合研究或研究者认为不宜纳入本试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) people who are known to be allergic to narcotic drugs or other drugs;
(2) history of alcohol or opioid abuse;
(3) patients with a history of neuromuscular disease, endocrine system disease, allergy disease, mental disease, severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction;
(4) patients with severe preoperative pulmonary function impairment requiring postoperative respiratory support;
(5) the blood loss during the operation is more than 20% of the blood volume of the body weight, and the need for a second operation after the operation;
(6) patients who participated in clinical studies of other drugs in the past three months;
(7) for any reason, it is not suitable to be included in this study.
