纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 肉毒毒素过敏; (2) 孕妇及哺乳期妇女; (3) 急性泌尿系感染

Exclusion criteria：

(1) an allergy to BTX-A;
(2) women were pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant during the course of the trial;
(3) acute urinary tract infection.
