研究目的：

本研究在清热解毒合剂既往研究及临床实践基础上，以儿童病毒性脑炎脑膜炎住院患者为研究对象，进行随机、对照、平行分组的多中心临床研究，进一步评价清热解毒合剂治疗儿童病毒性脑炎脑膜炎的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the previous research and clinical practice of Qingre Jiedu Mixture, this study conducted a randomized, controlled, parallel grouped multicenter clinical study of children with viral encephalitis meningitis, and to further evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Qingre Jiedu Mixture in treating children's viral encephalitis and meningitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并其他严重的全身性疾病（如心脑血管病）和精神病患者；
（2）颅内占位性病变患者；
（3）合并感染性休克、DIC 等严重并发症患者；
（4）因严重消化道出血、胰腺炎等严重情况医生判断不能经胃肠道给药；
（5）因各种因素而影响资料收集者；
（6）抗HIV 和/或梅毒抗体阳性者；
（7）既往有中药过敏史；
（8）参加其他临床试验或研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other serious systemic diseases (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases) and mentally ill patients.
(2) Patients with intracranial space-occupying lesions.
(3) Patients with severe complications such as septic shock and DIC.
(4) Due to severe gastrointestinal bleeding, pancreatitis and other serious conditions, the patients who cannot be administered by the gastrointestinal tract after doctors judging.
(5) Affecting data collection due to various factors.
(6) Anti-HIV and / or syphilis antibody positive.
(7) History of allergies to traditional Chinese medicine.
(8) Participate in other clinical trials or research.
