研究目的：

本课题拟通过将超声下测量颈动脉多普勒参数（颈动脉直径，速度时间积分，颈动脉血流、颈动脉的校正流动时间（FTc）和血流峰速度（ΔVpeak））联合下腔静脉呼吸变异度应用于拟行椎管内麻醉的剖宫产手术患者，观察每搏量（SV）心排量（CO）等血流动力学指标及72h内循环系统并发症的发生情况，探讨在超声下测量颈动脉多普勒参数（颈动脉直径，速度时间积分，颈动脉血流、颈动脉的校正流动时间（FTc）和血流峰速度（ΔVpeak））联合下腔静脉呼吸变异度来预测产科麻醉患者自主呼吸时液体治疗的反应性的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This research is to apply the ultrasound measurement of carotid Doppler parameters (Carotid diameter, velocity time integral, carotid blood flow, corrected flow time of the carotid artery (FTc) and peak velocity of blood flow (ΔVpeak)) combined with respiratory variability of inferior vena cava in patients undergoing cesarean section surgery with spinal anesthesia, to observe hemodynamic parameters such as stroke volume (SV) cardiac output (CO) and the occurrence of circulatory complications within 72 hours, to evaluate the value of carotid Doppler parameters combined with respiratory variability of inferior vena cava with ultrasound to predict the reactivity of liquid therapy in patients of spontaneous respiration with obstetric anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前有电解质紊乱以及感染、免疫、内分泌系统疾病；
2. 近期曾服用非甾体类抗炎药及激素类药物；
3. 患有中枢神经系统基础疾病、肝脏疾病、肾功能异常、肺功能异常；
4. 已有或新发现颈动脉狭窄>50%；
5. 收缩压（SBP）>160mmHg；
6. 非窦性心律；心脏瓣膜疾病；左心室射血分数（EF）<50%；右心室功能障碍；
7. 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）；慢性肺动脉高压；慢性肾脏疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

All patients had electrolyte disturbance and infection, immunity, endocrine system disease before surgery, and took non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and hormone drugs in recent time. Patients with central nervous system diseases, liver diseases, renal dysfunction, abnormal pulmonary function; carotid stenosis >50%; systolic blood pressure (SBP) >160 mmHg; non-sinus rhythm; heart valve disease; Left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) <50%; right ventricular dysfunction; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); chronic pulmonary hypertension; chronic kidney disease.
