研究目的：

1）通过fNIRs技术研究ADHD患儿脑功能连接的异常，揭示大脑异常发育模式，探讨ADHD的神经生物学机制，； 2）发现ADHD神经网络活动的特征性表现，寻找“生物标记物”，实现科研成果的临床转化。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To study the abnormalities of brain functional connectivity in children with ADHD by fNIRs technology, reveal the abnormal development pattern of brain, and explore the neurobiological mechanism of ADHD. 2) Find the characteristic expression of ADHD neural network activity, search for "biomarkers" and realize the clinical transformation of scientific research results.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：1.严重的脑外伤史、神经系统疾病或者其他严重的躯体疾病；2.癫痫、智力障碍、孤独症、抽动障碍、心境障碍、精神分裂症等神经系统疾病或精神类疾病；3.不能配合fNIRs检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe history of brain trauma, neurological diseases or other serious physical diseases; 2. Neurological or psychiatric diseases such as epilepsy, intellectual disorders, autism, tic disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia; 3. Failure to cooperate with fNIRs examiners.

① DSM-V：可用于ADHD的诊断和临床分型。 ② SNAP-IV（Chinese version of the Swanson,Nolan, and Pelham, version IV sca）parent form：可用于ADHD的疗效评估和随访。 ③ 半定式诊断工具K-SADS-PL（Chinese Kiddie epidemiologic version of the Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia）：可用于ADHD的诊断和临床分型，亦可以对ODD、CD、抽动秽语综合征等儿童期行为障碍及情感障碍、焦虑障碍、精神病性障碍等常见的精神病理现象进行诊断。
