① 阐述正常新生儿认知功能发育特征，为认知研究提供正常数据库。 ② 研究HIE新生儿认知功能发育特点，探索认知预后的早期评估工具。 ③ 研究母亲声音对中重度HIE新生儿脑认知发育的影响，寻求提高HIE新生儿认知功能的有效的非临床途径，为临床干预提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To study the developmental characteristics of cognitive function in normal newborns and to provide a normal database for cognitive research; (2) To observe the developmental characteristics of cognitive function in HIE newborns and to explore the early assessment tools of cognitive prognosis; (3) To study the influence of mother's voice on the cognitive development of neonates with moderate or severe HIE, and to seek effective ways to improve the cognitive function of neonates with HIE so as to provide new ideas for clinical intervention.

排除标准：

1. 早产儿，2.先天性脑发育异常，3.遗传代谢性疾病者，4.有其它脑损伤因素者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Premature infants;
2. Congenital brain dysplasia;
3. Genetic and metabolic diseases;
4. Other brain injury factors.
