在青少年人群中探讨5-HT系统相关基因多态性及应激因素与自杀意念水平的动态关联模式，构建符合青少年人群自杀意念发生发展特点的“应激-遗传易感素质模型”，为探索青少年人群自杀意念的发生发展机制，以及制定自杀意念早期风险评估和特异性自杀预防措施，提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to explore the dynamic associations between 5-HT related genes polymorphisms, stress, and suicidal ideation, to build an integrated stress-genetic diathesis model to explore the potential mechanism of suicidal ideation among adolescents, and to provide scientific basis for establishing early risk assessment and targeted intervention programmes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

诊断有精神障碍（双向情感障碍、孤独症等）、智力障碍、器质性障碍（容易由于器质性疾病及药物治疗引起继发性抑郁障碍等精神健康问题）、癫痫发作史或其他不宜参与本研究的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Diagnosis of mental disorders (bipolar disorder, autism, etc.), intelligence disability, organic disorders, history of seizures, or other related diseases.
