研究目的：

观察腕踝针在甲状腺射频消融术中减少术中、术后恶心、呕吐的发生，降低疼痛评分，减少阿片类药物的需求量。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the wrist ankle needle in thyroid radiofrequency ablation to reduce the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative nausea and vomiting, reduce pain score, reduce the demand for opioid drugs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 孕产妇；
2. 阿片类药物过敏史；
3. 对阿片类药物不耐受者；
4. 术前应用潜在影响神经调节药物(安定等)；
5. 脑血管意外，颅脑损伤或神外科手术史者；
6. 晕动史者；
7. 语言沟通障碍；
8. 精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Maternal;
2. Opioid allergy;
3. Opioids intolerance;
4. Preoperative application potential impact neuromodulation drugs (stability, etc.);
5. Cerebrovascular accident, traumatic brain injury or surgical history of neurology;
6. The history of motion sickness;
7. Language communication obstacles;
8. People with mental disabilities.
