研究目的：

1.探索全麻术后患者在麻醉复苏室期间采用经鼻塞低流量、无湿化吸氧与传统湿化吸氧在氧疗效果、吸氧舒适度上是否存在差异。 2.对全麻术后患者在麻醉复苏室期间使用过的湿化液与干湿化瓶内壁取样做细菌培养，比较两组湿化瓶细菌菌落数是否具有差异，以结果来指导医务人员选择是否湿化，降低患者医院感染的发生，降低医疗费用，提高满意度。 3.比较无湿化吸氧与传统湿化吸氧两种操作花费的时间及消耗的湿化液量，为医院制定节约医疗成本，提高护士工作效率、节约护理人力的方案提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the effects of humidified versus nonhumidified low-mid flow oxygen therapy on the subjective symptoms of patients. 2. To determine the number of bacterial colonies difference between humidification bottles and nonhumidification bottles. 3. To compare the operating time and cost of humidified versus nonhumidified low-mid flow oxygen therapy .

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 口鼻咽部手术、气管切开术患者；
2. 合并鼻炎、鼻窦炎、呼吸道感染、慢阻肺的患者；
3. 精神障碍者；
4. 语言交流困难患者；
5. 术后认知功能异常患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have oropharyngeal or nose surgery;
2. Patients who have comorbidities such as rhinitis ,sinusitis,respiratory infection,COPD;
3. Patients with mental disorders;
4. Patients with communication disorders;
5. Patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

由资料统计分析者将符合纳入及排除标准的400例患者，根据其入住麻醉复苏室的顺序进行1到400编号，通过SPSS软件21.0生成随机数字，再对随机数字进行排序生成随机数字的秩，最后重新编码为其他变量生成受试者的分组情况
