观察耳穴刺激对手术前患者的镇静作用及其对熵指数与脑功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the sedative effect of auricular acupuncture stimulation on preoperative patients and its influence on entropy index and brain function

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在耳部疾病，如畸形及取穴局部感染等；
2. 存在影响研究者与患者交流的因素，如聋哑、精神疾病等；
3. 具有不良的手术麻醉经历；
4. 既往有阿片类药物及镇静药物治疗史的患者；
5. 存在神经系统、心血管系统、内分泌系统及肝肾功能异常；
6. 对所研究的埋针材质存在过敏史；
7. 头颅及额面部手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with ear diseases, such as deformity and local infection of acupoint selection;
2. with factors affecting the communication between researchers and patients, such as deafness, mutism, psychiatric disorders;
3. bad anesthesia experience;
4. with history of opioids and sedative drugs;
5. with any abnormalities of nervous system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system and liver and kidney function;
6. with history of allergy to the needle materials;
7. underwent craniofacial and frontal surgery.
