纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患者合并其他影响ONFH进展的疾病(如心肺肝肾系统重大疾病，肾病综合征、系统性红斑狼疮等仍需服用激素者)并处于活动期；
（2）患者因耐受问题无法承受冲击波治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other diseases that affect the progression of ONFH (such as major diseases of heart, lung, liver and kidney system, nephrotic syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc. still need to take hormones) and are in active period;
(2) The patient cannot withstand shock wave treatment due to tolerance problems.
