研究目的：

本项目拟采集包括脑卒中、阿尔兹海默症、帕金森氏症、原发性头痛等神经系统疾病早期的RS-EEG异常特征波形及地形图和情感障碍的相关性，建立不同神经疾病伴发情感障碍发生的类型下脑网络连接图谱，进一步指导临床、制定个体化早期治疗神经疾病伴随情感障碍方案。

Objectives of Study：

The aim to this research is to collect RS-EEG abnormal features such as waveforms and topographic maps in the early stages of neurological diseases including stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and primary headache, and assess the neurological and mental scales in those different neurological diseases and the co-relation with the incidence ratio of following affective disorders. Establish the brain network connectivity map that occurs in the development of affective disorders after those neurological diseases. To guide and individualized early clinical treatment for neurological disorders with affective disorders.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

出血性中风; 脑肿瘤; 创伤性脑损伤的历史、血管性痴呆、路易体痴呆等痴呆。

Exclusion criteria：

Hemorrhagic stroke; brain tumor; history of traumatic brain injury, vascular dementia, dementia such as Lewy body dementia.
