研究目的：

评估小切口切开复位联合可吸收螺钉内固定修复前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折，随访术后1年的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of open reduction and internal fixation with absorbable screws through a small incision in the repair of anterior cruciate ligament tibial eminence avulsion fractures during 1-year follow-up.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

- 不能耐受手术者或者伴有膝关节周围感染者；
- 合并胫骨平台骨折以及后内侧或者后外侧结构损伤者；
- 陈旧性撕脱骨折已发生膝关节僵直。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intolerant of surgery or with infection around the knee;
2. Combined with tibial plateau fractures and posteromedial or posterolateral structural injuries;
3. Knee stiffness after old avulsion fracture.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集： 研究者要将收集到的所有前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折患者的数据记录到病例报告表(CRF)上，并签名且注明日期。 数据管理： 采用 Epi-Data 3.0软件建立相应的录入程序，建立本自身对照临床研究专用的数据库系统，采用双人双录入法，并逐项核对数据的准确性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection All data of anterior cruciate ligament tibial eminence avulsion fractures patients will be filled in case report forms, signed and dated by the main researcher. Data management Epi-Data 3.0 software will be used to establish the corresponding entry procedure and a database system dedicated to this self-controlled trial. Data will be input using the double entry method. Data will be checked for accuracy.
