研究目的：

本研究拟通过对圆锥角膜去上皮与跨上皮胶原交联术前、术后，角膜生物学参数进行检测并随访观察，以评估两种角膜胶原交联疗法对圆锥角膜眼部安全性和疗效稳定性的差异，从而筛选出更为安全的、效果稳定的角膜胶原交联疗法方案。以期为临床圆锥角膜手术治疗方案提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

n this study, corneal biology parameters were measured before and after keratoconus de-epithelialization and transepithelial collagen cross-linking, and follow-up observation was made to evaluate the difference between the two kinds of keratoconus collagen cross-linking therapy on ocular safety and efficacy stability, so as to screen out a safer and more stable scheme of corneal collagen cross-linking therapy. In order to provide a reference for clinical keratoconus surgery treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究对象为2017年-2018年在中山大学眼科中心海南省眼科医院屈光专科行紫外光角膜交联手术的患者。所有纳入本研究患者，均采用所有纳入本研究患者，均采用KXL系统UV治疗，总能量7.2J，且手术均由同一位医师完成。跨上皮角膜交联：滴用VibeX Rapid完全湿润和覆盖裸露角膜基质，每90秒重复滴用，共10分钟。采用经典的3mW/cm2，30分钟紫外光照射。去上皮角膜交联：圆刀片去除治疗区角膜上皮，暴露基质，滴用VibeX Rapid完全湿润和覆盖裸露角膜基质，每90秒重复滴用，共10分钟，采用经典的3mW/cm2，30分钟紫外光照射，术后角膜表面覆盖治疗性角膜绷带镜。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The subjects of this study were patients who underwent ultraviolet corneal cross-linking surgery in refractive Department of Hainan Ophthalmological Hospital, Ophthalmological Center of Sun Yat-sen University from 2017 to 2018. All patients included in this study were treated with KXL system UV. The total energy was 7.2J, and the operation was performed by the same physician. Transepithelial corneal crosslinking: VibeX Rapid was used to completely moisten and cover the exposed corneal stroma, and repeated every 90 seconds for 10 minutes. The classical 3 mW/cm_was irradiated by ultraviolet light for 30 minutes. Deepithelialized corneal cross-linking: Round blade removes corneal epithelium in the treatment area, exposes the stroma, drips VibeX Rapid to completely wet and cover the exposed corneal stroma, drips repeatedly every 90 seconds for 10 minutes, uses the classic 3mW/cm_, 30 minutes of ultraviolet light irradiation, after surgery corneal surface covered with therapeutic corneal bandage lenses.
