研究目的：

我们采用弥散张量成像（DTI)图像与MRI3D-SWAN薄层扫描图像融合技术，调整DTI的各数值阈值来清晰地显示STN微结构、边界及周围纤维束分布，以便更直观地精准定位靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

We use the fusion technique of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and MRI3D-SWAN thin-layer scanning to adjust the numerical threshold of DTI to clearly display the microstructure boundary and surrounding fiber bundle distribution of STN in order to more intuitively and accurately locate the target.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.帕金森病患者：（对左旋多巴无反应或反应不良的患者；继发性帕金森病或帕金森综合症的患者；“开”期状态不佳的患者)
2.明显的认知障碍患者:(Mattis痴呆量表)
3.无法治疗的抑郁症或其他精神病的患者
4.不愿或无法配合手术的进行的患者
5.不愿或无法配合术后随访的患者
6.整体健康状况不佳的患者
7.神经外科手术风险大的患者(脑损伤,严重脑萎缩,凝血病,无法控制的高血压)
8.需接受透热疗法的患者
9.禁忌症：糖尿病的患者,使用免疫抑制剂的患者,已植入心脏起搏器的患者,需反复进行MRI的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Parkinson's disease: (patients who do not respond to or do not respond to levodopa; patients with secondary Parkinson's disease or Parkinson's syndrome; patients with poor "open" state);
2. Mattis dementia scale for patients with significant cognitive impairment;
3. A person who cannot be treated for depression or other mental illness;
4. A patient who is unwilling or unable to cooperate with the operation;
5. Patients who are unwilling or unable to cooperate with postoperative follow-up;
6. Patients in poor overall health;
7. Patients at high risk of neurosurgery (brain injury, severe brain atrophy, coagulation, uncontrollable hypertension);
8. Patients who need diathermy;
9. Contraindication: patients with diabetes, immunosuppressants, implanted pacemakers, patients who need to perform MRI over and over again.
