Objectives of Study：

Effects of contralaterally controlled functional electrical stimulation on the improvement of upper limb functions in patients with stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并严重的脏器（如心、肺、肝、肾）功能不全，不宜行康复训练者；
②可逆性脑卒中患者；
③严重认知功能障碍患者，MMSE＜23分；
④有精神疾患史，且不能配合训练者；
⑤聋、哑人；
⑥不能按时在定点医院接受治疗和定期随访者；
⑦心脏起搏器植入者；
⑧其他原因所致上肢运动功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with severe organ dysfunction (such as heart, lung, liver and kidney) should not undergo rehabilitation training;
(2) patients with reversible stroke;
(3) patients with severe cognitive impairment, MMSE < 23;
(4) patients with a history of mental disorders and unable to cooperate with the training;
(5) deaf and mute people;
(6) patients who cannot receive treatment and regular follow-up in designated hospitals on time;
(7) implantation of cardiac pacemaker _The upper limb motor dysfunction caused by other reasons.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本课题通过计算机Excel产生1-100随机序列数1组，按入组病人的就诊顺序取随机序列数，能被2整除者入对侧控制型功能性电刺激组，否则入神经肌肉电刺激组。当某一组在数量上率先完成80％时（20人），开始统计已入组人数的年龄均值，后续入组按年龄大的（55岁为分界）入年纪均值较低的组，余则入另一组，直至入组完成结束。陆蓉蓉主治医生负责入组病人。
