研究目的:

1.明确颈动脉易损性斑块的超声评价标准 2.应用前期研究得出的易损性斑块的超声及超声造影、弹性成像评价标准将拟研究对象分组,易损组和稳定组,进行前瞻性队列随访研究,评价颈动脉易损性斑块的超声、超声造影及弹性成像评价标准与终点事件的相关性,评价其预测脑卒中临床价值  

Objectives of Study:

1. Determine the ultrasonic evaluation criteria for carotid artery vulnerable plaques; 2. The evaluation criteria of ultrasound, CEUS and elastography of vulnerable plaques obtained from previous studies were applied, the subject to be studied is divided into vulnerable group and stable group, a prospective cohort study was conducted. To evaluate the correlation between ultrasound, CEUS and elastography evaluation criteria of carotid vulnerable plaques and endpoint events, and to evaluate their clinical value in predicting stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

排除颅内动静脉畸形、颅内动脉狭窄、闭塞等脑血管病,免疫系统疾病及严重心肾功能不全患者,排除房颤、卵圆孔未闭、主动脉弓斑块
等,排除近期炎症性疾病,体内金属异物置入术等。排除高胆固醇血症,真性红细胞增多症等血液系统及代谢综合征等疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformations, intracranial arterial stenosis, occlusion and other cerebrovascular diseases, diseases of the immune system and severe cardiac and renal insufficiency were excluded. Atrial fibrillation, patent foramen ovalis, aortic arch plaques, recent inflammatory diseases and metal foreign body implantation were excluded.Hypercholesterolemia, polycythemia erythrocythemia and other diseases of the blood system and metabolic syndrome were excluded.
